DENE' PRACTICES WHAT
SHE TEACHES!

Born into    a    financially
challenged family, raised with
11 siblings, moving every year,
exposed to various kinds of
abuse with multiple step-fathers,
Dene' experienced firsthand
what it is like to experience
various types of serious abuse.

By the time she was thirty-
five, Dene' had lived in six
countries on four
continents, and was the
founder of Shibumi, an
International importing
Company in Paris, France.

Her experience as a fashion
model in New York and
Paris, combined with her
skills as a textile artist was
the perfect combination for
the development and sales
of a cutting-edge specialty
clothing design.

She manufactured, marketed,
and sold her designs in the
USA, France, and South
Africa.

Marrying into an old established
East Coast family, Dene'
spent 20 years as a home maker
and mother two daughters.
When her marriage ended, she
was left with few assets and
hundreds of thousands of dollars
of debt- with no career. Shortly
after moving her family to Texas,
Dene' had a serious accident,
leaving her in a wheelchair with
a two year recovery period.
During this time, she had no
medical insurance, was on a
poverty-level income, and had no
friends or family to assist her.
Her beloved children were angry
and hurt in an unfamiliar city and
presented their own challenges
for Dene', eventually leaving the
new life of poverty and pain for
the old life of abundance and
pain. That was extremely
difficult for Dene', plunging her
level of self-esteem even lower.

It is always darkest before the
dawn, it is said. In the middle of
the difficulties she was dealing
with, Dene' made it a point to look
for ways to grow personally. She
engaged in as many opportunities
as possible to help her look
objectively at her life and to learn
new ways of thinking. It was this
journey that led her to the
technologies that she employs
with her clients... because she
knows they work!!

to help others change from lives
of survival to experiences of
